There was no urge to visit the toilet ..just awoke out of the blue to find almost the same hour ...anything to do with my body biorythm ?

How old are you ? This is one of the commonest symptoms of what is called 'The Mid life Crísis'. I experienced it in my mid forties.

I had this problem when they changed the train schedule - it took me ages to work out why I woke up at exactly the same time every night for no apparent reason until one time I could just make out the sound of a train - I checked the train timetables and sure enough they'd added a late night train at the same time that I started waking up!!

Maybe your body's alarm clock is off. Sometimes that happens and you just wake up at about the same time everynight. If you go to bed early then maybe you should stay up a little bit later. If you are going to bed early that could cause your alarm clock to be off.

Hope it's not 3am. Supposedly that is the devil's hour to mock Jesus dying on the cross at 3pm. Freaks me out when I wake at 3 to feed my baby now.

Yes I imagine it is a bio-rhythmic thing. Be careful not to get into the habit of waking up at that time. Our bodies will condition quickly.

My guess is some regularly scheduled event woke you up...garbage trucks driving by, a train approaching a crossing blowing its whistle, shift change at a local factory...that kind of stuff.

Read up on Sylvia Brown...............she always says that if you wake up at the same time ..... check the clock.......... someone is trying to let you know they are there from beyond......so, if you believe in the spiritual world.......check out sylvia
