For the last few weeks, I've been running three times per week. I've been able to spread them out (Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays), but now I'll be starting school again and I might have to cram them all together sometimes (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). I realize running three days in a row is better than not running at all, but is it more beneficial to my body in any way to make an effort to space out my runs throughout the week?

Sounds like you are younger, so your body can probably take it without too much muscle strain or wear and tear. But it's never a bad idea to spread out your workouts. When doing them close together, make sure you stretch as much as possible. That will reduce strain on your muscles.

I like to spread my workouts out, since my body appreciates having a day of rest between runs, which are now up to anywhere between 8-12 miles. I typically run M-W-F and lift weights on T-TH-SAT. Sunday is my day to rest and to recover from hang-overs as needed. Many people run every day and have no problems. Listen to your body, and don't push too far, too fast.

You should try to space them out just to allow your body to recouperate after all the work, but if you have to do them all together than try to take it easy those days without a lot of hard physical exercise

It lets your body rest in between workouts. You will get more tired and fatigued running those days in a row.

It depends on your goal. If it's weight loss then it shouldn't matter since you just want to burn calories. If it's cardio/fitness training, then you don't want big gaps between workouts.
If they're big, lengthy runs, then you should rest a day in between.

well do you run in the mornings or evenings......if you run in the mornings, get up earlier b4 school and do your runnings......and you will still be able to keep your same days ..........and even if you run at night ( evenings) you should still be able to keep your same days, i wouldn't recommend you run 3 days in a row.......plus it might be cooler to run in the early mornings than evenings.....just keep a watch out for the weather and do your runnings has you have been........good luck

If possible space them out, your body needs time to repair itself after any physical exercise.
