My husband and I have an open relationship to an extent. Im bi sexual and I sleep with girls still even tho Im married, and he doesnt care. He said being with girls is not cheating... Which thank GOD. because I love girls... But Open also means saying whatever you feel or think. HE tells me when he thinks a girl he works with is hott, and I tell him when Guys are hott, and we get along great.... Neither of us are jealous people and never have been so our relationship (in my eyes) is near perfect.

An open relationship is where two people still date off and on and keep contact with eachother but you are dating and seeing other people as well. I for one can tell you that this doesn't work, and rarely does the original couple ever get back together. Its a nice way of saying its over without actually saying, 'IT'S OVER'. Blessed be.

A open relationship usually mean its open to bringing others inside of the relationship instead of being closed to just the both of you.
It's like having your cake and eating it too where you can have plenty and many others beside your mate and it wouldn't be cheating but acceptable between the two of you.
Open can also mean being honest and letting each other do what you feel but I believe its more of being open to having other relationships and it be accepted by both partners so they can continue to be together despite the situation.

An open relation means you can see who ever you want to and also the person you're having the open relationship with. Not really a relationship at all. No committment to one person. Nasty - think of the diseases and where the other person's mouth may have been. Ewww....

It means that you both can have other partners in the relationship without their being a problem....because your in an open relationship. He can have his girl you have your man you both know that your not each others one and only but your still together and still act like a couple.
I was in one my best advice is to run it caused me nothing but heartbreak
