So you are fake. If you care so much about your friends and their money, then you should tell them you don't like those kind of gifts, of as you put it , Crap!! Be a good friend and tell them what you like, and save them the money, and then you will get what you want, or maybe they wouldn't bother giving you a gift at all, since you don't appreciate their gifts.
It looks like your "Christians" friends likes you, and that is why they give you those kind of gifts. They give you gifts that THEY like, because they like you. Speak up and tell them, no thanks I prefer something else.
Oh, Please!! Give them the respect a friend deserve, rather than make fun of them behind their back.

Sucks to get gifts you can't use and don't like. Guess this is where that whole "it's the thought that counts" thing kicks in. And yeah, actually, they probably do hope it'll inspire you to investigate their mythology, but more than that, I guess the only way to look at it is that they thought of you, they took the time and the effort to get you something, and condescending as it may seem to one who doesn't share their belief, they're hoping that their gift is "the greatest gift they have to give" - a curiousity about their faith, leading to your sharing it. So the heart was pure that sent the gift, even if it carries objectionable overtones of "look at the pretty angels...come join us". Do you know any other Christians to whom you could re-gift the stuff?

They aren't thinking about what you would enjoy but about what they enjoy. If you don't want to receive gifts from this person just tell them so in a polite way. Tell them you don't think they should be wasting their money on you since you don't enjoy the same things they do. You might hurt their feelings but its better to be honest imho.

They obviously wanted to share something special with you. Too bad their efforts were wasted. Instead of being so critical you could try being nice for a change. Angels represent the good in people. Maybe you could use one!

If they know you don't believe in such things, they shouldn't give it to you.
Next time, tell them they're being irrisponsible stewards, knowing that you don't believe.
On the other hand, they do have a responsibility to spread the Gospel, so you can't fault them too much. I'm sure they were just giving it that good ol' college try.

Were they for religious holidays? If so, it would be appropriate to get you religious gifts. I only give religious gifts to people that give them to me though ;).
