I really need to reduce my weight within 2 - 3 months. My height is 5'2'' and I weigh 65 kgs... please suggest tips that i can follow at home

Eat several (5-6) small meals a day...your body will burn calories faster and build your metabolism in a short period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water.
Meal suggestions:
piece of fruit
string cheese, summer sausage, cottage
cheese/yogurt
tuna/turkey/ham sandwich (lettuce, tomatoe optional)
soup
raw veggies
boiled eggs
Always eat a good dinner...meat, potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie...your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy
Drink plenty of water
Drink milk or juice/water with every meal (no soda pop)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods.
Cardio exercise is great, but most people don't continue for an extended period, do "daily" simple exercise like walking/hiking, biking are low impact, play games like basketball, baseball, or volleyball, they will help to lose weight, tone your body, make new friends and you'll have fun doing it.

with proper diet (whole grains, fresh fruit and veggies, lean meats, and nothing from a box or can), a 30 min cardio work out 5 days a week, resistance training 3 days a week, you should be able to loose 30lbs (not sure of the conversion to kgs) in 15 weeks, about 3.5 months. This plan also allows one cheat day a week to eat whatever you want. This is the plan given to me from my personal trainer, I am 5'2" and weigh 160lbs. I hope to be down to 130lbs in 15 weeks.

Water also helps you digest food better. Drinking water before you eat will help fill you up.

* Always chew your food
Always chew your food well. Chewing your food well will ensure that you get the most nutrients out of your food. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps aid in digestion.

* Take small meals
Eat small, frequent meals in a day. Large meals tax your digestion system, making it work harder. Taking too much time in between meals makes you hungrier for the next meal.

* Include protein at meal
Include good sources of protein at meal, chicken, fish, legumes, peanut, cottage cheese, eggs or yogurt.

* Shut off TV while eating
Shut off the TV whenever you eat – that includes meals and snacks. Studies show that we automatically eat larger portions when we snack in front of the tube, and typically those foods are high in fat and sugar, which means excess calories!

* Increase your physical activity
Increase your physical activity. Most people are over weight because of a lack of physical activity. Start walking more, bicycling, walks your dog for longer periods of time, swim, dance and leave the car at home when you can. It’s important that you choose a physical activity that you enjoy because you’ll stick with it.

The 2 main things r to exercise and eat healthy. if r eating foods such as candy, cholclate, chips, pop eating out too much such as McDonanalds ect then u will start to gain weight and not loose it. if u want to loose weight then u should exercise for sure try running or walking. or do something else that gets u moving. U also want to eat healthier. Eat fruits and veggies not too much but eat a balanced amount. and u still can have foods that r not so good for you but dont have them as much as u usually would. I have learned that from experiece if u r trying to loose weight and r not too overwight it may take longer for u to loose the weight. Good Luck!!

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
