a beagle would be a good dog they're smaller and don't bark as much. Plus they've got a great personality.

You want something smaller due to the size of the home and the backyard, however the smaller they go, the more the Napolean Complex (little man, big attitude). Also, you want to stay away from terriers, they are natural diggers and like to bark. Corgi are good dogs, Welsh corgis are more layed back and Pembroke corgis are more active. Yorkies are good dogs. Mixes also tend to be very well behaved. Go to your local SPCA or shelter and explain the situationa they they can help you out, or go to your local vet they usually know of someone who's about to have puppies and they can help you with the type of breed.

Every breed of dog is different. You not only need to find the right dog, but the dog needs to find the right owner also, it works both ways. Dog Breed Search tests are really pretty vauge and are not the gospel. But, giving your living conditions I would recommend a small dog.

It depends on the type of person you are. If you want an energetic dog, a small one is the best for you.
If you want a laid back dog,a great dane or somthing really huge is what you need.
But i like labs.they are a mix between both.
good luck

You need a smaller dog that does not need a lot of room to move but you still should exercise it - daily walks on leash. Any dog can be quiet or noisey. Pack animals dogs want to protect their home. We had a bassett who did fantastic in an apartment.

English Bulldogs are awesome pets. They are the most lovable dogs but a little stubborn at times. I have a male but they say that female bullies are not a stubborn.

I would say go with something small to medium-sized, because of your living situation. Call the shelter and see what they have-that's always the first place you should check! Mutts are the best dogs anyways...Maybe a mixture of mini poodles, yorkies, shi tzus, or dachshunds....

if you want a pup that is protective of its mommy and is SUPER affectionate and loves to cuddle, get a chihuahua.... some are yappy, but it is all in the training.... mine doesnt bark we have taught her not too.... and she is just a big suck.
Besacuse you live in a trailer i wouldnt suggest a large dog, that might not be fair unless it is going to bne an outside dog.
Best of luck in whichever pup you choose.

i like all pets - even nonetheless, once you purchase a puppy please evaluate the place you reside! in case you reside in an condominium - do you fairly need to bypass away a sprint domestic dog all on my own all day long - risking harm to furnishings, injuries, and loneliness on the portion of the domestic dog? in case you reside in a house - is there somebody there too, to safeguard the domestic dog, feed it, take it for walks? I even have cats and that they tell me that they do no longer PURR while i'm long gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
