I seen pictures of Christina Milian and I think she has perfect hair (when it was black) curly, straight, wavy, I want my hair to look like that! I want to achieve her hairstyles WITHOUT getting a perm if that is possible.

You can just get one of those tools you use at home that straightens hair, curls, waves, etc. They are usually like $20. That would maybe look good.....

You can opt for a texturizer or a Wave Nouveau. Make sure you have virgin hair (meaning not chemically altered.).
