I thought that by posting it in more than one relevant category - more people would get the chance to read it and answer

Sorry. It's against Yahoo! Community Guidelines.

If I were you I would decide what the most relevant category is, then if you don't get any decent answers THEN you can re-post it in the other category and see what answers you get from there.

I've posted the same question before in this section and in Philosophy because I wanted to see how the answers would compaire.
I seem to get a bit more creative thought, and a bit less Bible thumping in the Philosophy section.

EDIT:
I'm with gwbruce_2000. Sometimes a question is relevant to more than one category.

Sorry, but I posted a similar question in History as in Religion. I was asking about how Joseph (the one with the coat) could store food for over 7 years. So i posted it in religion and history, this is because i wanted two perspectives on the it, surely there is nothing wrong with that??!

i think of the Yahoo human beings get rather vexed once you post it interior the incorrect type. for sure while you're using numerous categories maximum of them would be incorrect. Why not purely tweak your question up until eventually it is impossible to stand up to and then placed it only interior the suited type?

Yes, it is wrong. It is against Yahoo! Community guidelines, and one can be reported for it. It is under "Miscategorization".
