It was a full and total plan before the beginning of time. God is working on creating faithful children who will follow and LOVE Him as a Father and NEVER, NEVER do like Satan did. He created us so He could teach us HOW to become His children. This is a testing ground. There is a real kingdom in Heaven and real things going on, and real work to be done for the Father and HE wants HIS children to do it. But we must be "refined" in the fire like the Silversmith, who tempers and shapes and heats silver to a purifed state. Then, only then, will WE be a vessel of honor in the house of the Lord.

we cant eliminate sin from human nature. God really knew and knows that people will go for sins. but the main thing is, if you repent on your sins ? that's what God really wants to see. and if you repent. then "God's Mercy" has no limits

He didn't know they would sin; He gave them free will along with the possibility of sin to test their worthiness and resolve. When man failed, he had to find a way to let them meet Him halfway in seeking redemption for sin so they could reenter His good graces.

[2.30] And when your Lord said to the angels, I am going to place in the earth a representative, they said: What! wilt Thou place in it such as shall make mischief in it and shed blood, and we celebrate Thy praise and extol Thy holiness? He said: Surely I know what you do not know.
GOD is the only one who has the ultimate answer - we can only speculate!
In my personal opinion - I think that you cannot be a creator without a creation! And ultimately, you are only as good a creator as your creation. Also, maybe he is lonely and does need companions - the angels are not truely his "friends" as they obey him no matter what (robots). He gave us most of his qualities and expects us to admire him (prays, praise etc.) but still be on a "friendly term" with him as in respect, love and talk (as in companion).

It is an illogical concept to state that an entity created something to simply create. As is the concept that it wanted to create life.
It did it to have followers and something that would worship it. IF it exists.

you are mistaken at two points
point one : they would sin
............ This implies all human race is sinful
............ misconception; vice and virtue, good and bad, all are there to different degrees
Point two: you know the answer
............. if you know the answer, it is radiculous to put it as question
Rectify your mistakes and better declare what you "know"

He wanted to give them utopia until they sinned, and then He wanted to give them the choice to follow Him once they sinned.

He wants us to make choices. The ones who choose to not value life cease to exist anyway (annihilation).
