yes I have and it does work and you are still aware so they can't ;make you do anything imoral that you wouldn't do if you are worried about that. I was hynotised to quit smoking and it worked but I had to keep going back 4 more times as it seems to fade in time

I have gotten hypnotised years ago to stop biting my nails and to stop smoking. If sort of worked i guess I got acrylic nails which i don't bite and i got the patch to quit smoking. Unfortunately for me the patch didn't quite work so i started smoking again.

I went to hypnosis therapy when I was 13 and I really do think that it helped me. I was soooo stressed and anxious over my parent's seperation and all that that entailed that it was really affecting me physically. So yeah, I went to hypnosis once a week, and it really calmed me down.

There is no doubt that it works. There is no mumbo jumbo in hypnotism, it is a scientific fact.

a friend of mine went to stop smoking and he said it didn't help him at all.
