When doing cardio you gain muscle mass...you definitely will lose lots of calories and boost your metabolism, so don't be disappointed when the scale shows you didn't lose weight, muscle weighs more than fat...it's best to eat a healthy diet along with cardio...
Eat several (5-6) small meals a day...your body will burn calories even faster and build your metabolism in a shorter period of time.
(eat about every 2 hours)
The first 8-10 pounds you shed is water.
Meal suggestions:
piece of fruit
string cheese, summer sausage, cottage
cheese/yogurt
tuna/turkey/ham sandwich (lettuce, tomatoe optional)
soup
raw veggies
boiled eggs
Always eat a good dinner...meat, potatoes/pasta/rice, veggie...your body needs carbs, protein and vitamins to stay healthy
Drink plenty of water
Drink milk or juice/water with every meal (no soda pop)
Stay away from munchies, fried & fatty foods.
Cardio exercise is great, but most people don't continue for an extended period, do "daily" simple exercise like walking/hiking, biking are low impact, play games like basketball, baseball, or volleyball, they will help to lose weight, tone your body, make new friends and you'll have fun doing it.

If you are not in great shape now, that is a huge undertaking...and as long as you eat enough to keep up your energy...I am guessing it will take you 2 months.
40-60 min of cardio a day 5 days a week plus lifting 3days a week is an excellent combo. Especially with pilates, cause you are gonna be sore and the pilates will help you stay stretched and strong in the core.
If you really hold to this...I think you are gonna love how you look in 60 days.

All that exercise is good but, what will happen when you start to slack off. if you are like the majority of us you will slack off. the best thing to do is to watch how you eat more than what you eat. just by changing how you eat your meals can make a big difference. For instance, if you like eggs sausage and has browns. scramble the eggs with green onions, cook the sausage in a little water to get the fat out , dump the water then brown them. Rinse the potatoes first, short cook them in the micro wave then brown. Change the way you cook. use less butter, mayo, foods you know are fattening. If you have to eat at night, eat a fruit. Popsicle instead of ice cream sugar free jello is great. One way to remember is boil or broil, toast or roast. Serve your self on a smaller plate. Never eat standing, or moving. If you can't eat sitting down don't eat.Eat slowly with a drink of what ever between every couple of bites. I think it's easier to change the food habit than to keep up the exercise habit.Otherwise you"ll look good in your exercise clothes, but, you'll never have time to show off the slim new you. be realistic. You have a life, you have to go live it .

You also need to give your body time to rest and with a workout regime like that, you won't be leaving any room! I don't think its a good idea to do pilates everyday. I do it and you need to give your body time to "stretch" back to what it was. Every other day may be good though. Minimum working out five days a week is good too I think.

Likelihood is you're eating too fast. Try holding a conversation while having a meal so you're certainly not gulping down more than you have to feel full.

Beware of "fat-free" or "zero trans fats" foods as you will be trading fats for huge numbers of sugar or sodium.

Within three weeks, if you really manage to do all that regularly. But I think you will find it diffcult to keep up that regimen for more than a few days.
