If start to drink the milk and put few lemon drops in milk. so it is harmful for piles or not.?

it is good, but put 4 to 5 drops of lemon juice in 3 ounces
of COLD milk and drink at bedtime. It is not harmful for skin
if u put lemon drops in hot milk it churns and becomes curdled. that is not a permnent cure it reduces the pain. But neverthless it is not harmfull to the skin. Instead u can take 3 juicy dates and 2 ounces of boiled cow's milk soak the dates in it and drink after 1/2 an hour good medicine for piles. or can take 2 PILEX tablets (Himalaya drug house) at bed time,(naturopathy) I am taking it daily as i do not get time for soaking dates and milk - forgetfulness. do not eat hot stuff. all the best

I think they are opposite of each other. At any rate small quintiles of those will hardly make any difference. One has to use medicines (ointments) to get relief or go for surgery in extreme cases. Not to stay awake for longer times and eating lots of (roughage) in vegetables are the watchwords to avoid piles.
