I'm in an open relationship with a guy. We exclusively sleep with each other, but we do things with other people. Anyway, l have new crush on an actor and I had put up poster of the actor all over my room. I even joke that if anyone knows a guy that looks like the actor, to let me know b/c " i'm open to anything."
i think my guy might be jealous. He has been ignoring my calls. He claims its b/c of work but I know he has jealous tendencies. He has been ignoring me but claims its because of work.
But I'm not for sure because I know he has a crush on his Spanish professor and I was ok with that. Infact, I encouraged him to hit on her. And he did use to talk about her alot and I was never upset.
I see my crush as innocent. The actor lives in another country. I'd never meet him. My guy's crush is more of a threat. I think my bf is over reacting. But if I am being a ***** then I'd hide my crush. So am I being mean or is he being sensitive. Or do you think i'm just paranoid?

Actually this crush isn't that new. It's 2 weeks old. When my guy first heard about it, he started ignoring me it seemed. But claimed he was busy at work. Then when I apologized and took the posters down, he started talking to me...but again very briefly because of "work."
Now that I have the posters up, he's doing the same thing. I dont know if hes jealouse b/c I asked but he never answered.
He'd change the subject.
PS. My bf isnt in college anymore. He's an accountant at some firm.

well..i know some guys who is jelous with this kind of crush..well..they said that..its ok to have a celeb crush..but by putting pics on the wall..thats way to far..its more pleasent if u put u put pics of u n ur bf together on the wall..
and about the spanish prof..maybe ur bf tried to make u jealous and he wanted to see u that u r really serious bout him and try not to let him go just like that..

I think you are right. Would I be mad if my gf had a celeb crush? Depends who that celeb is. Anyway, it is better then waisting ones life, money and everything else on a shameless mother-****** such as the "son" of my "fiancee" (the person I got engaged to about 3 years ago, but we didn't manage to get married yet).

you might be a bit paranoid but also if your going about this crush a little to much then he as a small right to be annoyed just remind him that he's an actor and it's not like this actor is going to rock up on your front door step and say "take me now!!!"

Just because you don't get jealous doesn't mean that he doesn't. My husband is almost never jealous, with the exception of my interest in the guys from Miami Ink. On the other hand, I am jealous almost all the time.
Why don't you ask him if it bothers him? If it does, just don't talk about it so much.

You encouraged your boyfriend to hit on another woman? Sounds like you are either looking for an excuse to break up with him, cheat on him guilt-free or you guys just have a ****** up relationship. Also, he wears the pants in this duo obviously, maybe you should start playing head games with him. Drop hints that you ****** another guy and when he accuses you, just smirk and say, "Oh you're being silly."

I think that kind of open relationships are never for good, you can see it yourself since youre worried cause he isnt calling. Maybe he's seeing someone else and this time is serious?

First if if you want to be taken seriously you need to respect your self and be with just one person. 2. If you want to get and STDs I don't care but don't be spreading STDs because you are being immature. 3. Why your bf is going to be mad when you are still messing around with other guys? How can he be your BF when he is messing around with other girls? Think about this. he can get you infected with STDs and you don't even know it. EFIL
