I no that i have to be healthy beacause id i am healthy now i will be healthy when i am older also and i will live longer. i think that it is important to be healthy and think about what you r eating when u eat and not worry too much about ur weight because it is important to be at a healthy weight but not be so worried about that u r eating less than u should a day or even going bullimic or anorexic. I feel that my weight is important and that i should think about it so that i dont become overweight or unhealthy when i am older. I want to set a good example for my kids when i have them. and live as long as i can.

I never used to be but i have changed over the past few years. I have changed my eating habits to make sure I am healthy. I have dropped the fried foods, substituted with baked or BBQ broiled or boiled, dropped regular pop and went diet pop, eat more veggies and fruit besides candy and treats, and have limited how much i go out and eat.
now dont get me wrong- i dont OBSESS over weight, i think that is ridiculous, but since i had kids I wanted to show them that eating good is good for you and can help you later in life. I dont count calories, I never will. However, i will skip a big make and go for a veggie sub from subway if i do choose to eat out.
For the most part though- the smaller people tend to obsess over weight moreso than heavier people. I think that is interesting in itself...

I used to be but since I watched this video called "The Secret" I know longer think about my weight and its coming off. I do work out at the gym and take protein shakes (Isagenix) twice daily.
It called the Law of Attraction. If you keep thinking about bad stuff then more bad stuff will happen to you. So if you think of positive then positive will happen.

Its very important, the big issue is everyone wants a decent body, but maintaining has been very difficult for myself, I go up and down like a yo-yo and yes it can be come very frustrating. Its like I can put mind to it and its done, but after I come down its like I go back to my same eating habits and its hard, certain foods I can't stay away from, but I know its my fault!!!!! Yes, its a important issue!!!!!

Yes. It is a normal feeling if you have gotten teased before. I got teased before, and I wanted to be anorexic, but I found out that ANOREXIA stunts your groth (meaning you'll be short or behind on puberty). Even though I'm a male, I wish I could be skinnier, then again I want to be taller.

I'm blessed to have a fast metabolism, but I do try to eat healthy. I have a cavity right now, and develop them easily, so I try to steer away from sugar, etc. You shouldn't concentrate on what you eat, be who you are and keep yourself healthy!

Not me, I enjoy food too much and am normal weight. Eat for enjoyment and nutrition, and encourage people to accept you for what is in your heart, and mind, not what you look like outside.

umm i'm not like weight obsessed, but i try to maintain a good figure and eat pretty healthy... also, i'm a swimsuit model, so my trainer is bugging me about it all the time which gets pretty annoying =[ but at least he's keeping me in shape =]
