Do you know that coal is made of a carbon-based mineral. and if you take that mineral and put pressure on it, the substance will no longer be what it has been because it can't handle it! Nature changes it's density to make it become something it never thought it could be... a diamond. Life doesn't get easier- we just get better at it! and remember: "Every Flower Grows Through Dirt."

I am not the owner of the truth but i have an opinion. Trials come because there is a purpose for your life means that you will grow in the way your father wants, but you need to follow what is correct and do it for your almighty father in his name, but on the other hand we handle situations following our own thoughts, depending how we feel or if we love or hate... and taking the fathers hand apart. I am not saying you did right or wrong, please don't misunderstand me. God is not a God of feelings, feelings are in the soul and they are going always up and down. God gave you the spirit to talk to him, use this way and because you don't feel OK, does not mean that He is not happy or He left you. He loves you if you did not learn this time, you will get another one. Hurts because we are humans and we have to feel and love things and people in this planet, but when you learn that anything/anyone on this world have a meaning with out the fathers hand in between. I hope this helps...

Pam Thums song likely gives a good explanation of this:
You turn the key and close the door behind you...
Drop your bags on the floor.
You reach for the light, but there's darkness deep inside,
and you just can't take it anymore.
In the silence of all that you face.
God will give you His mercy and grace....
(chorus)
Life is hard...the road is cold
We're barely young and then we're old.
But every fallen tear is always understood...
LIFE IS HARD..., BUT GOD IS GOOD.
You start to cry...cuz you've been strong for so long.
But that's not how you feel.
Oh you try to pray...but there's nothin left to say,
So you just quietly kneel.
(bridge)
Jesus never said it was an easy road to follow...
He only said that you would never be alone.
When each shred of hope begins to come unravelled...
Don't give up...he'll walk beside you...
on this journey home...
And He knows... (chorus)
(Remember many trials come from the enemy precious one. That is why it hurst so bad. He trys to cause our pain. Read JOB)

They strengthen our faith. But, they are not brought by God but by Satan because he is trying to break that faith. He will do everything that he can to break our integrity to God.
Take the case of Job, can you imagine losing 7 children in one blow, all of your livestock, and then to have a humongous boil come up all over your body? If you read the first two chapters of Job, you can see how it all plays out, including Satan's claim that he can turn everyone away from serving God.
He is doing a good job of that, but those who wish to maintain their integrity should draw closer to God, and he will draw closer to you. James 4:8
And the God's name is a strong tower, into it the righteous runs, and is given protection. Psalms 18:10
And we are not alone in this time of trouble - 1 Peter 2:17 shows that the whole association of brothers is undergoing similar trials

We can't know why sometimes, but a lot of times the trials strenghten your faith, not anything else. The Lord is your strength, it's not your strength but His. As for the pain, sometimes we don't understand it right now, but we will farther along. I always imagine my life like a long straight road, God is above me, so He sees the end and the beginning. All I can see is where I am right now, so I just trust Him. Even if we can't see or understand, we can trust Him to do the best thing for us, if we belong to Him. If you can't see His hand, trust His loving heart.

Because we being human have a tendency to forget the Scripture where God says, "My yoke is easy and My burden is light". We look at the struggle instead of the promise. It's no crime; it's just that the pain and sadness get to us mentally and physically and it's hard! But God won't put a stumblingblock in front of us that we can't overcome!

Paul said, "when I am weak, then I am strong."
When we are weak, then we are open to see how strong God is. When we can do it all ourselves, we many never give Him the opportunity to show us how very real and strong He is on our behalf.
Transformation hurts at times. Just lean on God and let Him do His work in your heart. You are in the Potter's Hands, and He knows what He's doing, assuming you are a Christian. I see pain as the plow going through the hard soil of my heart and turning it over, making it fit for planting.

Because that is the Lord's way of pushing us past temptation....if trials were easy then everyone would be able to do it....we would all be perfect. Since we are imperfect & weak all of our trials & tribulations challenge us to take that step up...not only for ourselves but for those we love around us....I hope this helps....

Because you might be trying to settle or overcome the trial by your human strength.
God gave us trials so that we learn to depend on Him and His strength.
Call out to Him and He will give you rest, sister.
Matthew 11:28-30
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
