I believe that a christian must believe that Jesus is God because the word "christian" was originated in the book of Acts 11:26 where it talks about the first Christians of Antioch (not started by Paul nor is Paul's teachings). Christians who believe in the Trinity or triune God follow Jesus Christ teachings. To answer ur question-Both.

Strictly speaking, a Christian needs to do both. We acknowledge the divinity of Christ by accepting that he is the Triune God - Father, Son and Holy Spirit - three persons in one God. We give reasons for the hope that we have, we let our lights shine, by following the example of Jesus in our lives. I'm not sure that we are able to separate the two...

The only true way to be categorised as a Christian is if you believe that Jesus was, is, and forever will be the Christ, the Son of God, and if you believe that He was, is, and forever will be God. You grow in your beliefs by following His teachings. Sadly, too many people think that if they don't believe, there is another way to God.

A Christian believes in God who revealed himself in the Holy Bible. God is like "instant community" because He is composed of three beings in one: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Spirit (the part of God that lives within you once you ask Jesus Christ to change your life and forgive your sin). The 3 of them work together for your salvation from sin.

Answer B. Believing that Jesus is God's Son & God Himself (don't forget the Holy Spirit).

Why? Because without believing in the sacrificial death of Jesus, one has no basis for Biblical Salvation.

Christian means to be Christ-like, so it would be that you followed the teachings of Christ.

Not all Christians believe that Jesus is God, Jesus himself said that he had a God.

In John 20:17, he told Mary to tell the apostles that he was going his way to 'my father and your father and to my God and your God.'

When he was dying, he cried out to his God. Matthew 27:46

You cannot believe one without the other - Jesus is the Fathers Son and they (along with the Holy Spirit) make up God.
