I mean regardless of your religion, the man made wine appear out of nowhere. Now that's cool.

Amazing how he only had like 12 friends then.... those stories are exaggerated... much like that scene in Braveheart "William Wallace shoots lightning bolts out his ****." Yeah... sure Jesus turned water in wine.

Hmm...I dunno, you know. I mean, point taken, you'd never go hungry, thirsty or excessively sober. But on the other hand, there's a certain amount of pain in trying to be pally with someone who's such a know-it-all. I mean:
"Before the rooster crows three times, you will deny me"
"Oh come on, man. We're having a lovely meal, d'you have to bring everyone down with this talk?"
"I'm just saying..."
"Anyway, what you talking about? I'm one of the most faithful of the lot, me. I'd never do something like that."
And all you get in reply is a smug smile and a quiet "Whatever..."

Plus, how much fun would it be to hang with a guy who continually speaks in parables?
"Oi, Lord! can we get another couple of amphorae of red in?"
"There was a shepherd by a river..."
"Oh not the bloody shepherd again. Can you get 'em in, or what?"
"Consider the dinosaurs..."
"What bloody dinosaurs? Scratch that you lot. Sod it, I'll get the wine in myself..."

He's still fun to hang out with. In fact, even more than then because He's not limited to one body. Now He has a large Body, the Body of Christ! Great fun!!!!

Yes, if all those supposed supernatural powers of his were true. Some of those stories defy the laws of physics and scientific logic, but didn't "god" make the physical laws of the universe a constant??

Without a doubt. He also brought people back from the dead and helped a blind man see again.
