Not necessarily. Don't get your hopes up too high, because if he don't propose, you will be disappointed and you won't have a good birthday party.
I thought that a boyfriend was going to propose to me on vacation and half way through the vacation, I realized he wasn't going to ask.. it ruined my vacation.
If he does ask...great.

He might, but don't count on it so much that you get disappointed when it doesn't happen! You don't want him to be sad if you aren't happy with what he does for your birthday if he doesn't propose.

If he doesn't now, then eventually he is. Sounds like he is getting it out there to see how you feel before he actually gets down on one knee. My husband did that and it confused me. Then finally one day I agreed with him about marriage. The next week he took me to the beach and got down on one knee.

He might be going to.....but don't be nervous. Don't EXPECT him to either, cause if he doesn't (yet), you will only get upset because you "thought" he was going to.....
