I don't know about "drunk". You got to realize that the water back then was really not that safe to drink, so alcoholic beverages were popular, so you might say no one was a drunk or that everyone was a drunk. Ya some probably drank more than others, but still, "drunk" is subjective. As far as the Homosexual. Bi-sexual maybe. I do believe he was married to Mary Magdeline (and if you don't believe that, read a non-christian book about that time period and look at the customs and what was expected of people, it'll blow your mind). So many men were involved with other men as well as their wives. This was about the time of christianities spread across the known world, so all religions that had a female diety (paganism, anceint greece, and so on) were shunned and followers were executed on the spot most of the time. So, since Christianity has a male diety, and only a male diety, the goddess, and the demi-gods became "ghost stories". I think that since the female diety was found to be "satanic in nature", there was a mindset that earthbound females had a connection to the "satanic goddess" and were shunned by society except for labor and childbirth (again, read a book about the time period).
Kind of a bit of an explanation for a simple question, but it's food for thought.

No, that would be going against what He taught and God's commands. He was not incapable of sinning or else there would have been no point for Him to come to earth. But He had the ability not to sin, so He didn't. Yes, Jesus did drink (look at his first miracle), but He did not get drunk. There's a big difference there!

Why do you need to ask this question?
And - BTW, just because you've read the Da Vinci Code (well proved to be lacking in logic and consistency, not to mention largely inaccurate) it doesn't make you a subject matter expert on the times and practices of the time when Jesus was alive.

Interesting theological view point, this is something that shoud be considered
He did get lots of perfumes and gold off of the wise men on his Birthday...I don't exactly know what Myrr is but I bet it is like some exotic absynthe or cider or something...
So you got a confused kid growing up that smells really nice, gets drunk all the time and wears lots of jewellery...it would be hard to imagine any other outcome, given that environment.

It certainly is a possibility. But I would say it's not too likely. How much water would he have to turn in to wine to be a drunk? And if he was drunk, wouldn't he forget how to do it?

No. You're being ridiculous. Maybe even projecting your own stuff on Him. Why not try to see clearly instead.
