Be careful he may be messing with you and if you go up to him and start talking to him, he may start laughing at you. Or.....he could really like you and if you go up to talk to him, you may start a wonderful relationship. Why don't you try talking to him?

Well He'd have to be pretty low to mess with you although Its shocking how often I see guys doing it, but its quite possible he likes you, ask some of his friends that you have in common with him/ they should know or be able to give you an idea. Also you have nothing to lose by asking him yourself or asking him out. The worst that could happen is that he is messing with you and that would mean he's a loser, so you could get on with your life/ nothing ventured, nothing gained as I always say: and you really have nothing to lose.

Either he really likes u, or (hopefully its not this) u have toilet paper on ur shoe or on ur pants or something embarressing like that. I think he likes u tho cu normally some1 will tell u that u have the unfortunate thing. Wait for him to ask u out, but give him a clue that u like him aswell.

Idk...maybe u should like go up to him and talk to him. He may like you. It seems really obvious to me..he stares at you...cuz he might think your cute. Talk to him and see whats up. Get to know the kid...its not gonna hurt.

Yes he likes you. Ask him out but make it light, like "I was going to the movies (mall, bowling, whatever) on Saturday and was wondering if you would like to come with me".

Smile and walk up to him and start chatting. See how he acts and then determine if you want to go out with him. If acts stupid, then you are wasting your time.
