I am 5'5 and 23 years old. When I weighed 125 I looked pretty awesome. I currently weigh 138 and I want to shoot myself. Even though everyone says I look thin. But you know how it is when you've weighed far less. Anyway, the healthy range is like 119 to 145 or something. I'd shoot for like 125 if I were you. Plus it depends on your body type.

It really all depends on a persons bone structure. I know that I am 5'3" and my "ideal" weight is about 112-117. You could probably be about 115-130 and look great. Just go to your doctor or find a personal fitness trainer. Don't sweat it because more than likely you look great to others...its just yourself that is not truly happy with what you see.

Depends on your build and the weight of your bones, can't really give you a definitive weight - you 'should' weight 100lbs at 5 feet tall and add 6lbs for each inch after that so - 130lbs is healthy, perhaps a little less is thin and nice? You sound like you're going for the annorexic look.

Hi, well i don't know about ideal but i'm 168cm and weigh 57kg.. i'm happywith my body so i guess that this is MY ideal weight. But it shoudl be anything you're happy with.. you can check your BMI at http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx (you're 19 so still considered a teen)..

Hello! Im about 18 and 5 foot 4 , if you go to weightwatchers.com they have really helpful things like what the ideal weight is, what your bmi is suppose to be and all that stuff. i think it might help you i enjoy reading the site too on the side!

I was 130 at that age same height and people always told me I should put weight on.
Now they all say I should lose 10 lbs.
