Sit-ups and crunches are better. It's like doing free weights rather than using the machine.

Abs tightener is better of two. Try sit ups or crunches, it would be cheaper.

Those items are just gimmicks. Do sit-ups and crunches. Any time you're doing any kind of exercises tighten your stomach and that will help, too.

It depends on what you want to achieve.
If its a slim waist with little fat then aerobic excersice is the way as this will shed the layer of fat to expose the abs.

Neither. You can do crunches but if you have neck problems they are not recommended. I do sit-ups on one of those big exercise balls. I also use a weight for resistance. Works for me!
