I have a bunch that I like to eat that you wouldn't think would be good for weight loss, like nuts -- yes, they're high in fat but they're high in GOOD fat (mono-and polyunsaturated fat). I also like hard-boiled eggs -- high in protein and that "good" fat, greens (raw spinach, romaine, field greens, but not iceberg lettuce -- nutritionally worthless), any type of fruit that ends in the word "berry," whole grain breads/cereals/pasta (especially Barilla Plus -- VERY tasty, has fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids in it) and fish/poultry (mostly smoked salmon and turkey).
