what is the difference between white and black magick,

If Suzy's boyfriend is getting ready to dump her for Laura and Amy casts a spell so that he only has eyes for Suzy, she has cast in Suzy's eyes a white magic spell. In Laura's eyes, it is a black magic spell.

If an army of spear weilding warriors are bearing down on your village and your Shaman casts a spell so they all get lost in the woods, this is to you, a white magic spell. To them, it is a black magic spell.

It's all relative. First lesson of magic. Nothing is good or evil. Everything is good AND evil. Nothing is black or white. Everything is black AND white. All realities are both equally true and equally false.

Black magic is an invention of anti-magic folks. White magic is an invention of fluffy bunnies.

You've already had at least one top-class answer to this:
Magic is neither good nor bad, it is simply magic. The process of magic is essentially using spells, incantations, herbs, potions etc to either influence a locus of spiritual energy (sometimes identified as a traditional god from a multi-faceted pantheon, and usually one that has "special control" over the area you're concerned with - love, the home, business etc), or to affect a particular change in the world - clear thinking for a friend, energy for an interview etc.

"White magic" is a generalisation of positive intent - again, if you're asking for generally positive things - energy, clarity, wisdom etc - it's categorised as "white" magic. If on the other hand you're asking for generally negative things - misfortune for an ex-lover, failure of a colleague's plans etc, it's categorised as "black" magic.

As, however, it's never entirely certain that what we think of as positive consequences are actually positive, whenever I practice magic, I tend to throw a little disclaimer in, just to keep any mischievous spirits out of the picture: "This prayer to [usually Gaia] I address, and to those who attend and do no harm". Arguably, I should be clearer than that, but at least if there's anything on the other side of the prayer, in that instance, it clearly does not invite attention from those whose intention is to cause distress, and funnels the prayer, if you like, only to those with a "positive" intent.

Black magick is soully created with the intent to hurt.

Grey magick, depending on the spell and the source, can go either way.

eg: self healing spells... any healing spell, self innner site spells.. ect
black magic are for people who want to get back at someone for somthing or other
eg.. curse, hex, spells to hurt someone, spells to lay low with in ones self!

Depends. Honestly, I would say it all depends on your intent; however, there are certain rituals and so on that, by their very nature, are performed only with malicious intent; this could be termed black magic.

"White Magic", is the one used for good purposes: Heal a sick, get a job, the return of the bad husband, or the rebel child, obtain a boyfriend... or make it rain, sunshine, stop a thunderstorm...

"Black Magic", is used for bad purposes: Harm other people, make someone sick, loose his job, or even kill him... make a bad thunderstorm, a hurricane, a fire at home or in the business...

There are no differences, they are both of the devil. I should know because I am from a country where voodoo is very prominate. White magic is a false notion to get one to believe that it is less harmless than the other, but one would be a fool to not see that satan is behind all forms of magic. If you believe in God and read the Bible you will know that God warns us against all these occult and new age stuff and if you choose to dabble in them you will open yourself up to demonic possesion and which can lead to death. In my church there are many people who came out of these evil things who have testify about the experience in the occult and how dangerious it was. They talk about how they were about to die when Jesus Christ delivered them. I myself have know some people who were into this stuff and the spiritual warfare the exist when one is trying to get deliverance from these demonic spirit. My family also had experience dealing with this demonic stuff. Look I don't know you, but I'm here to warn you. It is at your own risk if you take part in anyone of them whether white or black. The white magic being good is a myth, satan knows that not all people will want to harm another person through black magic, so he disguise as white magic therefore giving the person a sense of goodness. Once you open yourself to the demonic forces like the white magic does, the goal of these spirits is to destroy just like black magic, occult, and new age.

There was a guy who was a high level mason and he came to my church to try to disrupt the church through his magic prayers and lets just say that the holy spirit prove to be more powerful and he went blind for a couple of minutes and was walking around the church all confuse. He is now able to see again, but now he has seen that his magics are powerless before the power of God and now is singing for the Lord. Check out testimonies of people who were deep into these occults and have been delievered. There are some who claim they are wiccas and yes they are in terms of the defination of being a wicca, but they think that they know what true magic is and do this whole halloween thing they see on tv like childhood games and think they know the deal, but they know not the truth. They think having a broom and some pots and chanting some stupid prayer is all there is to it, but they wouldn't survive a day in places like Haiti. You want to know what you are dealing with read the testimonies of those who were high level. They themselves will tell you that white magic is not good. But eventhough some are low level wiccas they are still opening doors and the enemy will destroy them when he is done with them like any other high level wiccans. I feel sorry for anyone who will put themselves in this destructive path. White magic, black magic, they all lead to death. Please stay away from the occult.
