Examples: alcoholism, depression, anxiety, failed relationships hypochondriac, hostile temper. My ex girlfriend has some of these problems already just wondering if it is going to get worse and am I lucky that she is not in my life anymore?

Let me also add that her dad left her when she was 13 and he had anger problems and tried to commit suicide like 2 times is she destined to be completely jacked up?

I have always heard that but I am not too sure. I cook just like my mother, but most of my traits come from my dad. I really don't know. I guess anybody will act like their parents somewhat, but I don't think you will turn into them.

I know quite a few cases where the kids of big drinkers,etc.
actually refused to drink at all, probably because they were turned off to the unpleasant sides of it.

what you do with your life is up to you. you make those kind of decisions for yourself... just tell yourself your not going to end up like that.
