It could be related to your surgery. I would see a neurologist as those symptoms seem to be neurological.

The progressive annoyance as the day goes by makes it sound a lot like irriatble leg syndrome. It could also be an eletrolyte imbalance, but it could also be nerve related. See a doctor.

I am sorry you're having a difficult time. Check with your doctor. If he/she isn't able to help, get a 2nd opinion.

Maybe it is complications from your surgery. Did these symptoms start after the surgery? Are you taking any medication or doing any rehab therapy?

Have you seen your doctor about this? It could be that you have an inflammed nerve that is being pinched or it could be damage from the surgery.
I would see a doctor and tell him/her exactly what is going on and for how long............why suffer when you might not have to?
