My daughter had her first boyfriend at 12.
Just take it slow though. Even if you think he IS the BEST boyfriend in the world, he's not. Chances are that you'll change often.
Take your time. Don't rush it.

Yes. There is nothing wrong with boys who are just friends, though. I did the tough love thing with my daughter when she was growing up....no boyfriends until your sixteen, no dating until your sixteen, being home at a decent time, if she wasn't I'd find out where she was. I didn't let her run around with kids I didn't like. She is now 21 and has a great career. She was home last weekend and actually thanked me for the way I raised her!!!! She doesn't drink and smoke like her friends, and she gets great respect at her work because she knows how to give respect. She also told me she was very happy in a relationship because she waited until she was old enough to know what she wanted in a botyfriend.

Young lady at that age u shouldn't be thinking about having a boyfriend , spend your free time thinking about or doing something else.. Think of me as giving u the advice that your 17 year old brother would give.

YES..it is absolutely too young! But you can have friends who are boys and keep things fun. In a year or two, when you are more mature, you won't have a bit of trouble finding a boyfriend. Godloveya!

No. I'm 13 too and I have a boyfriend. I mean it's nothing serious and all but i'm very responsible when it comes to boys. I get good grades and everybody including my mother says i'm very responsib;e. So I don't think you're too young but don't get too serious too fast because you're just 13.

my god thirteen is IS too young to have a boyfriend. Why are you even thinking about having a boyfriend that young, you should be putting your mind on something else other than having a boyfriend.

yes ..... think about other stuff ... life is 2 short to start having relations that early.....ps my daughter is 12 and i would have a coronary if next year she wants a boyfriend... plus i may be looking for a kid to beat the sh** out of....
