Yes...As little children I taught them The Lord's Prayer. However, instead of saying AMEN they would always say COME IN ....I didn't have the heart to change it...Their in highschool now and still end prayers with Come In!

every child should know: God is great, God is good, let us thank Him for this food. Amen. the pray that goes: now i lay me down to sleep i pray the Lord my soul to keep if i die before i wake i pray the Lord my soul to take, think about it that pray it is scary. talking about dieing then expect the child to go to sleep right away that's too much to ask of a kid. try just talking to the Lord, thank Him for all the good things that happened during the day, thank Him for family and friends. ask Him for special things like ; help make grandma better, don't let anybody pick on me at the bus stop in the morning, things like that. The Our Father is alot to ask a little one to remember.all the prayers the catholics say are long and hard to remember and children don't understand what they are memorizing. i know i was raised catholic. now i am baptist THANK THE LORD.
