Export Oriented Units produce goods and services only for the purpose of export and not for home consumption. Govt. is giving more incentives, subsidies to encourage these EOU's.

EOU - are the units,where goods are produced only for export purpose,and not for sale in country,for that they are given several benefits and incentives,they have a obligation to earn foreign exchange
