Yes, the Bible teaches (in 1 John) that the anti-christs were part of the church, but left the true teaching.

Seems like many people here are anti-Christ...yet they do not believe in Christ. They oppose the idea that there is a Christ and see it instead as a myth. So no...a person can be anti-Christ (as described by the Bible) and not believe in Christ at the same time.

Wouldn't you have to believe in God to believe in the devil.... i guess but i am not sure you have to believe in the devil to believe in God. The antichrist is a energy or feeling not a person. Revelation (which never mentions the "anti-christ) was really a political essay against the roman empire and Nero in particular. Fundamentalists preachers use fear to get more people in the seats, not because they are scared, but because it sells a lot better than peace and happiness.

I even have considered some Catholic Bashing and that i think of it has to do with the comparable as the different "Bashing" and that's loss of information. There are litterally 1000's of Catholic priests yet a small share of them badly injury some babies and by surprise "all catholic priests are pedophiles" nicely it is only BS the share of Catholic priests who abuse babies is below the nationwide elementary of ALL adult adult males who abuse babies. This final twelve months we've considered various information approximately woman instructors abusing thier male pupils does that recommend that now ALL woman instructors are intercourse Offenders... of direction not. another Catholic Traditions are Missunderstood. There are some Catholic Traditions that bear finding at and consistent with danger eliminating and many of the touchier ones contain the Worship of Mary via many communities interior of catholicism. you will possibly not worship Mary yet many others interior the Catholic Realm DO. (including some previous popes) the reality that Many catholic parishes infrequently inspire bible examining interior the community and various parishes are steeped greater in "custom" than the "observe of God" has led to various the Anti-Catholic rhetoric additionally. i'm not a Catholic yet i be responsive to many saved Catholics I appreciate the Catholic Church have been it follows the bible and that i question it have been it would not I attempt to not enable my questions arise as "bashing" regardless of the reality that some have been puzzled so frequently that they start up seeing ANY project to them as destructive. i'm fairly sorry for that.

Sure, but what does that statement prove? Believing and following are different concepts. You can believe some football team plays better than your own, but you will still support your side...

same thing with Satanists. You still have to believe in God and the Devil so the whole belief can still be classified as Christianity.
