Highschool was definitely more fun, because you had a lot more time to socialize.
However, the answer really depends on one's priorities while in College of Highschool.

To me it's college because you can to get to know people from all over the world just be yourself. Also you can make your decisions without your mom or dad's approval unless they're paying for their tution. You get to enhance your education too. High school was hell enough for me with so many cliques, and I wasn't into crap. I was more of a loner and I still am until this day. College has cliques too, and it's not suppose to matter who you know. It's not high school anymore. OK, neither one of them is fun on a social level because people can be stuck-up and snobbish. We basically go there to learn. But a lot of people succeed without going to college at least because college isn't for everyone.

College. Because of the freedom to be away from your parents, but also first time living on your own experience....really prepares you for the real world. You meet some of the closest/lifelong frineds there...and maybe in my case, a future phd husband :D mwahhah

College you are on your own and able to make your decisions without mom and dad. Now the other questions are can you make informed decisions with all the peer pressure? It is hard to say no, but you must.

The Army has been much more fun than either of them, and I have gotten paid to have fun and party. Especially the parties in Germany.

If you or anyone really thinks about it, the people who really succeed in life do not go to institutions of learning for fun, they go to learn.
