I can't find many breeders in VA.

Have you looked at www.birdsnway.com in the classifieds. There is also www.aviary.info also www.upatsix.com

Most breeders offer shipping and it's running about 125.00 right now. I breed SI eclectus parrots and I look on those sites a lot.
