That's crazy verbal abuse from people who've forgotten what it is to be a truly humble and loving Christian

To say God doesn't love them and will punish them in hellfire would be a LIE for a CHRISTIAN to say to a NON-Christian.

So yes, that would be disrespectful to say to a non-Christian. Second, that same Christian who goes around lying about God would then also be punished in that same hellfire - so it would be wise to make friends with all of those that they are crazy verbally abusing and acting like God to.

No, it's not only disrespectful, it is wrong. God loves everyone and punishment will be his call, not ours.
A true christian will not verbally, physically or mentally abuse anyone, intentionally. :)

Hey, wouldn't that be cool if all the Christians' responses to this question could be good, respectful, adult ones like the first one?

Let's see if by the time I send this, there aren't some of the usual childish responses. I'll be right back.

Oh, too late! Missed it by one.

Well, Christians, better work just a little bit harder on this. I do have faith that you can do it! Thanks, Luveniar, and my respects.

It is Not respectful at all for Christians to say that to non christians. Those are not true Christians. In my bible, Jesus sat with the prostitutes, the tax collectors with no mercy, he sat with murderers, thieves, and even appointed them positions! So, who ever preaches hell and fire to everyone, they must remember that hell has a nice hot spot for them as well. A terrible spot too, because they are supposed to love and respect all of God's creations and when you don't do that, you are worse than the non christians on earth.

YES, it is....However, we should not give much stock to such behaviour. God is omnipresent and available to anyone who seeks him. Just like when we look at things, several person might be looking at one thing, but would see it from different perspectives. Anyway, it does not affect me much, because if there is a GOD, I am in real trouble....when I meet him...Christian or not.

It's not respectful to say that but then some don't care. They only believe what they will and say it without regards to others.

It can become abusive if certain people take it to that extreme. I just ignore it.. easiest thing to do.

It's always disrespectful of anyone to tell someone else that their fate will be based on your own beliefs. Believe what you want and discuss it with other like minded people. But trying to convince people who sincerely believe otherwise or especially insisting you know their fate is asinine and rude. Really, what purpose does it serve but to cause more of a chasm?

Very disrespectfu. However it hurts those whosay it more than those who hear it.

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one getting burned.

Christians know that God loves all people. He extends an invitation to each and every one of his children to accept his love - or not - it's you personal choice. However, He makes it clear that if you do not choose salvation, you will suffer in the lake of fire. Try Him, you'll Love Him!
