You're probably gaining muscle along the way. And we all know that it weighs more than fat. Congrats on living a healthy lifestyle.

You've plateaued. Try changing your diet a little, I'm not sure what you mean by eating right but make some changes. You may need to change the type of exercising you're doing. Go with some cardio type of exercises and skip the weights for awhile. Once the scales start to move again add it back slowly.

It´s really all about your metabolism. First of all, 10 pounds in a month is more than enough, faster weight loss than that is NOT what you should be shooting for (the guideline is about 2 pounds per week.) Eventually, if you truly are eating right and excercising 30 minutes a day, your metabolism will adjust and it will become easier. Please do not attempt to lose more than 10 pounds per month, not only will it probably come right back if you do, you may actually put your body into starvation mode and make it even harder to lose weight. Good Luck! BTW, eating right can be delicious, try to please your tastes as much aspossible, try new foods to see what you might like (ex: Vietnamese food is really good and almost fat free, just watch out for the white rice.)

because as you are consistently working out you are gaining muscle mass. This makes you gain a bit rather than lose but the longer you do it the more quickly the weight will drop. Running is the best thing you can do. Lots and lots of cardio if weight loss is a concern. Eat healthy and take vitamins...drink plenty of water.

initially, i be responsive to you do not desire this answer yet you're already at a suited weight, yet notwithstanding! It takes TIME to decrease weight, it may desire to take days, weeks, months, finding on the guy to lose any weight in any respect. you're probable considered one of those guy or woman who takes slightly longer. you won't be in a position to hurry weight-loss, this is a few thing that comes while it comes and thats all which you're able to do! supply it yet another few weeks, than if it doesnt budge, attempt a distinctive nutrition plan, distinctive excersize schedual, and touch a nutritionist, sturdy success!

The scale is a player hater to dieters everywhere! I hear though that you usually build muscle first when starting a diet, so as your metabolism increases steadily, then the pound shead off. I have been told to stay off the scale because the slow progress it shows is discouraging, but keep it up...you'll get there

Losing 10 pounds in a month is awesome. I read that it's hard to lose more than half a pound a week, so 10 pounds in a month is great. Keep up the good work. And you are probably gaining muscle, too, which weighs more than fat.

you could have the wrong diet or the wrong exercise plan... for example a good diet has you eating six times a day... if you've chosen to eat less as youir diet then your body has gone into starvation mode and is storing up fat so when you exercise you are just getting rid of the stored fat thus bringing you back to your original weight and flatlining the scale

A physician is probably the best person to answer your question. However, my intuition tells me it will take more than a month or more for your metabolism to 'adjust' and for your body to start burning more fat. I would give it 6 months to a year before you notice any appreciable weight loss. This will take much consistency, endurance, and discipline on your part.

It depends on your metabolism some people have a high metabolism and lose weight quickly and others have a low metabolism and find it difficult. It is to do with your family heritage as you inherit genetic traits that determine whether you can lose or gain weight easily.
