I'm 16 and study in financial college in Moscow.
How can I get in USA after I will complete college, what problems can be?
And 2. I have friend in America, if he will invite, whether will allow to go to me in Embassy to him alone now?
I heard if there will be problems, if they will not, I would't to get in USA a several years? is it true?

Change your name to Juanita Valdez and just walk in. Then go straight to the welfare office. Millions of us who work for a living, trying to support our families, will gladly support yours-- along with all your close and distant cousins, grandparents, and aunts and uncles, too. Bring 'em all; we have plenty of money to spare for your relatives. We'll just feed and clothe our own kids to a slightly lower standard, turn the heat down a little this winter and eat a little less so you can live like never before. But you must be Mexican. Being Russian ain't gonna cut it.

When you finished your school in Russia with good grade, you can find Graduate school for master's degree. If you can get accepted from U.S. university, than you can apply for student visa.

As far as your friend in USA. I don't think he can help you much. A friend cannot invite for resident visa.

Your probable is not getting in to US...getting out of Russia........try to get your friend to get you here on a work..visa..he have to stay the time limit ..i think 3 months...and then apply for along er stay..as long as Russia lets you

well if you are jewish you can come to us and try to get refugee status based on religious persecution and the goverment will get you set up with money to start a new life.
