Is it possible for your ears to drain into your lungs?

Not directly. The middle ear connects to the back of the throat via a small tube called the Eustachian tube. This tube allows for fluid drainage from the ear and for pressure equalization. It drains into the throat. I see no real way for any fluid to aspirate into the lungs very easily.
