Some would define it as someone who believes in God and Jesus Christ, and others would add other requirements as well. Opinions?

Jesus said that if we loved him, then we would keep his commandments.

So it is someone who takes his belief in Jesus seriously enough to do something about it.

If someone believes Jesus they will believe what He said. And if they believe what He said then they will try and do what He said (Jesus said "be a doer and not a hearer only").
