Now why would he do that? as far as he is concerned he is on a Crusade to save the free world and rescue the Iraqis.
No matter his soldiers kill, bomb and rape the Iraqis ... its all good.
So what if a few thousand AMerican soldiers get killed, maimed or braindamaged? Who cares as long as the Bush and Chenney businesses get fatter on the Oil being stolen from Iraq ?
Wht should they tell us ???

There is a thing called PRIVACY. The troops medical conditions are not public record. There are many troops that get injuries at war. you hear about other injuries such as a missing limb, but brain damage is just as intense and sensitive, if not more. it is not like they are coming home with brain damage because of a pill or an agent troops came in contact with. they are coming home from injuries sustained from an IED, Mortors, and even mental conditions that developed while trying to cope with the stressful environment. you know, if this question is out of anger or just concern, remember, there has not been a draft in a looooong time. these troops all volunteered knowing that they are being trained to kill the enemy and that he/she could sustain many injuries while performing their duties in garisson or at war.yes it is sad. again, this is privacy for families and the member. there are too many Americans using injuries of military memebers saying that his is why we should not be in the middle east. are we looking for just another name and injury to throw back into bush's face? it is no one persons fault that these troops get injured, but yet we still want more bullets to shoot at bush.

In order for any of them to come back with brain damaged, they would have had to have a head injury or lack of oxygen to the their brains for a certain amount of time. Are you talking about the ones that come home with emotional problems? That doesn't mean they are brain damaged! And I highly doubt that President Bush is kept up on every solider that does come back from the war with emotional problems, and I doubt we have EVER had a President in office that kept up on every Solider that had problems after returning from a war!
The Vets are offered support with they return home. And I think it's actually unreasonable for anyone to think that these men and women would be expected to immediately return to a normal life after being in a place like Iraq, but that doesn't mean they are all crazy and can't live productive lives! The majority of them returning home will be fine, and will receive treatment if they need it.

What kind of 'brain damage' are you talking about? In fact - if you had a family member who suffered a brain injury, would you appreciate somebody referring to him or her as 'brain damaged?'
Let me guess - you are the type of person who makes these statements but still claims to "support the troops" - right?

What is wrong with you guys in the U.S at the moment. You are acting like children. "Why doesnt Bush say this, and why doesnt Bush say that, and why doesnt Bush tell us this, and why doesnt Bush tell us that".
"I got up late this morning...why didnt Bush tell my mom to wake me?"
Soldiers in all wars come back with damage, from physical, to mental, to emotional.
You don't need your president to tell you that surely.

Why is Bush blamed for everything? I don't particularly care for the man, but I am intelligent enough to know that if he did what you want, and hundreds of thousands of others think he should do he would have to be a thousand people. What makes you think he makes all of the decisions all of the time. There are people hired and elected to do that.

Because then he would also have to tell us about the soldiers with PTSD and other emotional trauma as well as all of the injured and wounded. That could take all day.
