please please people its really urgent can anyone ploease tell me the receipe as well as the ingredients of choclate fudge

TASTES JUST LIKE FANNIE MAY

4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup butter
25 large marshmallows
12 oz. Brachs chocolate stars
(about 106 stars)
12 oz. semi-sweet chips
2 oz. Bakers unsweetened
chocolate squares
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla & butter in pan. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add all chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased jelly roll pan.


This is the best fudge I have ever had!! It stays soft a lot longer than any other fudge I've made.

Chocolate Fudge
Yield: 16 servings

Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1ounce each) melted and cooled
1/2 cup sugar substitute (aspartame sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.

Ing:
- 2 cups white sugar

- 1 tbsp. butter

- 4 tbsp. cocoa

- 2 tbsp. corn syrup

- 1 tbsp. vanilla

- 3/4 cup of milk

Method:

1) Cook the sugar, syrup and milk to a good boil.

2) Add the cocoa to the milk mixture (one above)

3) Continue cooking till mixed well.

4) Let the mixture cool for about a minute.

5) Add the butter and vanilla and beat till the mixture becomes creamy.

6) Pour the mixture into a buttered dish.

7) Cut into sqaures (or desired shape) after the mixture has cooled.

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk chocolate chips
6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
1 cup walnuts (Chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla

In a heavy sauce pan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, milk, butter and salt.
Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes remove from heat.
Add both kinds of morsels, stir until they are melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in walnuts and vanilla.
Pour into foil lined 8 inch square pan, chill 2 hours until firm.

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge
1 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 C. milk chocolate chips

14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 t. vanilla

dash salt

1 C. chopped walnuts

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Stir often. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Microwave directions: In large glass bowl, mix chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir. Continue microwaving in 30-60 second increments until chips are completely melted. Stir in vanilla and nuts and continue as directed above.

Options: If you prefer darker fudge, use more semi-sweet. If you like chocolate mint, you can use mint flavored chocolate morsels.

Nut substitutes: mini M&M's or toffee bits.

Okay this sounds weird but it it great! Velveeta Fudge

3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product or VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
6 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) powdered sugar (about 8 cups)
1-1/2 cups chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1 tsp. vanilla



PLACE VELVEETA, butter, chocolate and corn syrup in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; stir. Microwave an additional minute; stir until well blended.
ADD chocolate mixture, in batches, to sugar in large bowl, beating with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended after each addition. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
POUR into greased 13x9-inch pan. Smooth top with spatula; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Cut into 96 (1-inch) squares.

5 cups sugar
1 cup butter
7 ounces marshmallow cream
1 cup nuts (optional)
12 ounces evaporated milk
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine sugar, milk and butter; bring to a boil and boil for 8 minutes.
Remove and stir in chips;with mixer beat for 30 seconds.
Add marshmellow creme and mix till blended.
Add vanilla and nuts if desired.
Place in 9x13 pan; cool.
