Do you believe in the existence of magic? Anything from levitation to fireballs, to cursing, to black or white or green magic. Do you have a story to tell?

It most certainly does exist, and if you don't believe me just ask the Tooth Fairy.

I don't see magic on a regular basis, so not really. When I see something amazing, I assume that there is a decent explanation for it, rather than throwing my hands up in the air and saying "Oh well, I guess it's magic!" To me, the latter response is no better than praying to the Catholic God.

Yes and no. It exists but not in the manner of much of what you described. What many call a "spell" is little more than a ritualized prayer. Does it work? Many times yes, but that determination is a subjective thing. Can you prove X would not have happened anyway without your prayers? No?... You see my point.

Magic is a substitute that we chose over our true power, which is perfect peace and perfect love, with the Reality that created us; magic is not true power. It is "play" power, similiar to a child who has imaginary friends...in most cases, the child knows he/she is just playing make-believe, but in our case, we think the choice we made is real.

yes it exists, but is not by nature evil as some here contest

it is a tool, like a knife. I can use a knife to cut vegetables or kill someone, so the knife is not evil by nature, but is a tool that can be used for good or evil - it is the same with magic

The real magic, in the Merlin movie, is at the end.
So also in the Holy Bible, in "the end" has "no law".
Where & when no law, there & then no dead end.
No law = no sin = no dead end = no hell following.
http://www.godshew.org/NoLawNoDeadEnd.htm
He that "endureth unto the end" shall be saved(only).
Pst: saved(only) is notably by grace(only) in "the end".

Yep. I've been a practitioner of chaos magic for close to seven years now...eek I feel old. :D

I have many stories, actually, but I'm unwilling to discuss them on a public forum because of how utterly insane they sound to anyone who wasn't there...

Magic exists as surely as miracles do. They are both illusions.
