Buy yourself a case of bottled water, and keep it cold and occasionally substitute a water for a coke, only allowing yourself 3 a day first week, then 2 per day second week and so on. You'de be surprised how powerful the human body really is.

Well, not knowing your age, it makes it a little difficult to get you an answer because there are different reasons for quitting coca~cola... I drank it from the time I was able to buy it for myself, (cause parents only bought it for us kids as treats,) until a couple of months ago.
What made me quit was that I was diagnosed as being a sugar-resistant prediabetic. My weight was 285, and I drank cokes as often as I could get them... I'm 53 years old, I gave up the regular cokes and started drinking diet Dr. Pepper, and, though the taste isn't quite the same, it's helped me lose 26 pounds in about 2 months..
Now, if you're a young person, burning off weight is a lot easier than it is for a person of my years, cause I'm pretty sedentary, since I have arthritis in most of my body, but, if you're not younger, it's probably adding pounds. Also, the sugar and sodium in cokes is not good for your body and especially your teeth.
It's good that you want to give up soft drinks, it just takes some effort on your behalf..
Good luck..

Oh guy, i think your soreness. I too am a weight-relief plan Coke addict... and caffeine loose purely would not style a similar. I keep a lot of bottled water in my refrigerator and attempt to drink that really, yet every time i'm out and about and thirsty, my first instinct is to stroll in 711 and purchase a weight-relief plan coke! this is undesirable, exceptionally in view that i'm attempting to diminish soda out of my weight-relief plan so i am going to lose some pounds. i imagine this is the caffeine like anybody else has stated.

actually, im so sorry if u think im bing mean

how did this happen? try to go for the goal ive givin you:

dont drink coke for four days, maybe that will help.

and then, if you want to drink coke, drink bout one can. after a few days i hope it should work
i think water and tea....even some kind of smoothie is better. even a cappucino is better. once in a while you can have some coke. just dont be too addictied. too much of one thing isnt good you know. and on the can, you should see how many things that arnt good for your body.
theres lots and lots of sugar usually, dont drink too much coke, pepsi, 7up, whatever

You really just have to stop cold turkey, seriously. If you are serious, you can do it. Keep pitchers of cold juice or drinks in the fridge, drink a lot of ice water. You can still get energy from a sugar fix - it's not necessarily the caffeine which is giving you energy. Good luck!

Quit it cold turkey. Drink ice-cold water instead. It's not as hard as you think. Just carry around a bottle of water with you (flavored if you wish.)
