I read a question in which the Bible was misquoted and misinterpreted very poorly. And so many people replied without even checking it for themsleves. I'm not even a Christian and it made me cringe to think that many people will use that book to further their own agenda.

I have at least 40 within arms reach right now.
I have Bibles, study Bibles and devotional Bibles.
I have Bibles that I have read from cover-to-cover and Bibles I have not yet had the chance to read cover-to-cover.

I have a Parallel New Testament that has the Greek plus 7 translations.
I have a supply of Bibles to give away as I have been doing for more than a year now -
The Daily Walk Bible
The Daily Bible in Chronological Order
The Mom's Devotional Bible
The Men of Integrity Bible

I have copies of the Bibles that I gave to my grandchildren (ages 16, 13, 8 and 6) in case they have any questions.

I am not saying this to boast but to share with you how much I enjoy reading the Bible. Reading it was and continues to be the very best thing I've done in my life!

I believe in God and the Almighty Kings James Version Bible. That is not within arms reach, but I don't read it for answers, I read it for knowledge, but I apply myself in this world for all my accomplishments and it is I that must answer to when things go wrong not God.
