The main time that I get them is during yoga and stretching type exercises and they are right where my leg bends. I don't get cramps anywhere else. Please any help would be appreciated because they really make it difficult to make any progress in my workouts.

Electrolyte imbalance can be the cause of cramps (it also happens to be the easiest thing to modify). Typically this is a low level of sodium, calcium, or potassium. The exercise you are doing is probably not causing an electrolyte imbalance (as an endurance effort like running for 2-hours); however you may be slightly dehydrated when you start.
You should make sure to drink plenty of fluids. Most of the time water will be sufficient to rehydrate you, however, you are better off choosing a sports drink low in calories, containing electrolytes (some studies show that high calorie drinks can actually inhibit rehydration).
Cramps in a specific muscle group can be related to either a circulation problem or a nerve problem which would cause an involuntary contraction of a single muscle or a muscle group. I have heard that drinking tonic water can help if this is the case (something to do with the Quinine, which is given to elderly people who suffer from cramps).
You can try warming-up before doing the yoga; this sounds funny, since for the most part yoga is just a warm-up, but if your circulation is poor, a few minutes on a stationary bike may help and it can't hurt.
If none of this helps try talking to your doctor. My experience has been that typically general practitioners are not qualified to solve these types of problems, beyond what I've suggested above, but you may find otherwise.
Good luck.
