I have trouble meeting people here in Georgia, it seems like everyone has a clique already and I don't have any co-workers I can chill with.

Try myspace or another website that's like that. Then actually go meet them or join a group like a support group in the area.

people imn the south are HUGE on church, find one you like and go to it and meet folks there, if you are a bar or club type Buckhead is where the clubs are and the Highlands are fit for the bars

Go to the red neck contest that they have every year. mud belly flops and or sorts of contest. You might meet a fine muddy red neck.
