Ginger Lemonade
3 cups granulated sugar
4 quarts water
14 slices fresh ginger root
4 cups fresh lemon juice
2 lemons, sliced
In an 8-quart saucepan combine sugar, water and ginger root. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Cool 15 minutes. Remove ginger. Refrigerate lemonade at least one hour, or until chilled. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
Pineapple Colada Smoothie
1/3 cup crushed pineapple, slightly drained
1 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Combine all ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
Chocolate Malt
1/2 cup Whoppers
1/2 cup milk
2 scoops ice cream
Combine and mix in blender all the ingredients in a blender.
Makes 1 serving.

1) Mango puree or juice
Milk (fat free or whole milk - your choice)

3) Orange Milk Shake
orange juice - 30 ml
grape juice - 150 ml
almond essence - 2 drops
milk - 600 ml
castor sugar - 55 gm
salt - 1/4 tsp
chill the fruit juices. Chill the milk. Combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
4) yogurt (plain unsweetened) 2 can (400 gms)
sugar - to taste
1/2 teaspoon mango essence
mango puree or juice (adjust to your taste) 1 Can (400 ml)
water - 1 litre
Ice (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and mix very well. Serve chilled
