join a club or gym or something like that.
Maybe head out with a friend who has a girlfriend and get her to bring her single mates along.

Get involved in your community. Volunteer with a group you are interested in. You may meet someone else doing the same thing. And if you don't meet anyone at least you have accomplished something that will make you feel better.

Not the internet for sure. You most likely wont find a genuine women on here. You need to just wait and stop looking. Once you stop looking she'll find you. If your to impatient for that waiting thing, you gotta be bold, you see women everyday start conversations more.
