The first part is true.

As to the second, how much sunshine do you get and what do you eat when you eat.

Both of those factor in to depression

That depends as to how much you think of what's happening to you, and how well you cope with undesirable circumstances in your life. Your personality has also something to do with the way you handle your problems, therefore it may directly affect your whole well-being.

If you are the type that tends to imagine worst scenario of a minute problem, then I guess you are more of a worrier indeed.

Basically, the reason why you even managed to imagine the gravity of the outcome of your dilemma could be due to the fact that you very well know what you can do, yet you just delivered a performance that might be below your capacity to excel.

Otherwise, if you feel you have really given it your best shot, and made sure that your work, or what you have done is simply flawless, you would not even spend time thinking just how bad its outcome will be, because you have previously calculated the desired output of your actions or thinking.

If it only lasts a day or so, it probably is just "the blues" that hits mostly every one now and then. However, if these feelings last more than 2 weeks, it could be depression. Take the quiz below to help you figure out whether you need to contact a doctor. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!!

Weight loss is one possible sign of depression, but for some its the opposite. Some people eat when they're depressed, so they gain weight.

Depression is nothing to mess around with. Talk to a counselor, or at least a friend. Just like anger, depression needs an outlet or it will overwhelm you and cause you to do something you'll regret.

I was depressed once, and I couldn't eat or sleep. I almost threw up when I tried eating something. But after about a week, I became happy again ☺. Something in your life might be causing you to feel this way. Try and think back to the moments you began to feel depressed and try and think what could have caused that.

Many of us deal with down times. That is a measure of how well you deal with life, when you can deal with depression you got the rest of it made. Some people get down, they eat or spend money. I spend but I always buy something under $20.00. Or I will sleep, really sleep and I sometimes find it helps me let go of the things I'm depressed over.

Dear,

You have finished it by answering by yourself.Yo do not have appetite. That means you do not eat.If you do not eat, it is clear that you lose weight. The other thing is motivation. What for you do not have motivation? To eat, work, or study? It would have been good if you explain it a little bit. Any way I advise you to see yourself whether you are addicted to alcohol?cigarette, coca in etc?If you are try to see a psychiatry or a physician to help you how you can make yourself free from this.In addition to that try to make your mind free if you have something to worry about.Sometimes people convince themselves as if they are sick. But in the actual situation they may not be sick.Even if they are sick ,it is better to go to their physician to help them cure from there problem. In addition to this I advise you if you do physical exercises for some time.It will help you to relax your mind and body.As a result you will get your appetite.Above all it will be good for you to read Bible.I wish you all the best.

Depression can be fatal. Less motivation and no appetite might be a sign, you may need to see someone at least for one session to see if that may be the case. There may be some deeper problem. Past issues.

that's anxiety which can lead to severe depression. if you lose your appetite then you'll build up stomach acid and then eventually get sick from that. your body starts to eat away at itself. it happens to me and I'll lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks. I get pretty sad at times but this is a sign of other things that may follow. you have to learn to control it and it's easier said than done. but you need to focus on what is causing this and eliminate it from your life. Right now I have to say I have focused on my problem and I am GETTING RID of it once and for all. Do it! focus, find the problem and get rid of it. it's something and you know what it is but doing something about it, is the only cure.
