You can't 'debloat' in such a short period of time. Stay away from the handful of water pills some people might suggest. They can thicken the blood and cause low blood pressure. Try controlling your fluid intake when you know you're susceptable (PMSing), but don't not drink enough. 8 cups a day (2 quarts) is sufficent, if you're not exercising or perspiring a lot. You should also watch your salt intake (chips and other salty snacks). Salt attracts and holds water. What you're experiencing is natural. It happens to all women and always has. If you think about that, you'll realize that you really can't look at another female and see that she's bloated. Even though YOU can feel it, no one looks at you and sees the 2-3 pounds you've gained for a few days a month.

drink loadsa water and try some activia yogurt...works for me...also always eat breakfast to kick start your metabolism...dont skip meals...eat fruit and stuff and drink more water...like really loas and loads...
