Right click on the shortcut and choose properties. Then you can edit lots of aspects of the shortcut.

Create a short cut to the game on your desktop.
right click and in the properties you can modify the short cut and put your own command / parameters in there!

rit cick on the .exe icon ......send to..........desktop ( creat shortcut)
