I ate far too much - but then i stopped smoking 2 days ago, so I'm allowed!!

Oh a real random combo today because there's stuff in the frigde that needs finishing. SO...
Corn on the cob and a few broccoli florrets, and a toasted wholemeal bun with cold sausages sliced into it. May have a little Tommy K on there too just for the hell of it.
Afters will probably be poached peaches (coz they're on they're last legs too. Have you ever brought peaches back to life by poaching? Just drop them into boiling water. Turn off the gas, wait 2 minutes and the skins peel off easily. The paeches are warm, plump and delicious even if you thought their wrinkle testicular appearance rendered them inedible! Ooooh s'cuse the drool.) with a spoonful on natural yogurt. And a drink of water.

I am pretty sure it will include a salad. I may make a grilled gouda cheese sandwich to go with it or have an individual pizza.

Cheese, ham and Onion sandwiches, along with some tangerines (the healthy part) and some apple juice!!! mmmm

caviar, champagne (dom), lobster, truffels and a wagu sirloin steak, in a blender, 2 mins, and then downed. I call it the £5000 smoothie.

Chicken friend in scalion, ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce n rice. Really, a very Chinese dish but yummy ........ mmmm
